This Aki's timeline is the same as the canon one, until Yuusei left to Crash Town to save Kiryuu. At that time, the heartless invaded her world. Admist the chaos of the attack, Aki's birthmark reacted to the darkness of the Heartless and her own heart and resulted in the creation of a keyblade.

Shortly after that, the world's heart was consumed but rather than vanish like everyone else did, Aki was instead transported to Disney Town. She was informed that since she had been bestowed a keyblade, that she was now destined to help save all the worlds from the traitorous Master Xehanort's forces.

Eventually Xehanort's forces were pushed back for the time being and most of the worlds that were eclipsed by the darkness were restored to their rightful state. That doesn't mean that everything is done. But for the time being Aki has returned to her usual life for the most part.

The following facts are helpful to keep in mind:

Her D-wheel can transform into a Gummi Ship to allow her to travel between worlds.

She still has her psychic powers.

Since she has a keyblade she has access to the basic level spells. her Cure is the strongest while her Fire is the weakest probably due to her affinity for plants.

She wields a Keyblade called Dragon's Rose. The key chain is based off the pendant that Aki wears around her neck. The description of the weapon is as follows: The hilt of the weapon is black with green ivy like patterns snaking around it and has a few small roses as well. The blade of the weapon is a little longer than is average and is black in color. The "teeth part" of the weapon is black and red and almost resembles a pair of black wings, with red rose petal like scales.

Aki serves as a sort of ambassador for her world. She handles any minor Heartless outbreaks and reports anything suspicious to the Keyblade Order.
